Define
This where we get to the heart of the matter. What is it that you are trying to do? What’s your market? Who are you talking to? Why should they listen? What is the one unassailable truth at the heart of your company, your product, your proposition? This may need a few question-and-answer sessions, but it may also require structured market research. Either way, we’re here to help, and the end result will always be a clear, concise brief, with agreed action points, for you to sign off before we begin any work on your behalf.
Design
This is where we develop the communications and creative strategies. We use the signed-off brief to create the first-level ideas that will lead to the final product. It might be a line of copy, it might be a scribbled concept or it might be a full-colour MAC generated visual. But whatever the format, for us it’s the first vital step on the creative journey. We’ll also address the communications channels and the production methods needed to navigate them.
Deliver
Once the creative concept is agreed and signed off, we will apply all of our joint experience to rigidly control all the production and delivery processes to ensure that your product, proposition or business is delivered to the marketplace at the most appropriate time and in the most effective way. We will work with you through all these levels to develop a sustainable solution to your brief that will resonate with your target audiences.
Develop
We don’t believe that the creative process stops at delivery, because that’s when the responses begin. We will work with you to analyse and track campaign results so that learning can be applied and, where a test campaign has been planned, start the roll-out process.
