It’s bigger, it’s better, it’s World Class.

Moving away from the previous A5 style catalogue Everbuild’s ‘World Class’ catalogue is now A4 in size and reflects a change in direction. Chemistry have created a glossy, 188 page extensive catalogue packed full of products including brand staples such as PinkGrip, Forever White, Wonder Wipes and Geo-Fix as well as some exciting new products such as Everbuild’s brand new range of premium Wood Stain’s and Varnishes.

With a much cleaner aesthetic, the ‘World Class’ catalogue is neat, simple to navigate and ideally set out so as to make the experience of browsing through it as pleasant for the customer as possible. In another new move, all product codes, bar codes and vital statistics are now listed underneath each individual product.

Not only is the Everbuild ‘World Class’ catalogue jammed full of informative product panels but it also includes the full Feb range for the first time! Everbuild acquired Feb – the originators of Concrete and Mortar Admixes – in 2009 and now feel that the time has come to bring the two brands together so that the Biggest Ever World Class Catalogue really isa one-stop shop for all your Building and DIY needs.

All in all Everbuild want to wow you with their innovative new catalogue which they hope brings something new and exciting to the market.

This is Chemistry of Bradford were chosen perform SEO and increase online visibility across a variety of online and mobile sites

Chemistry have been chosen by a large multi national that we can’t tell you the name of, who are a global leader in a sector we cannot mention to design a new mobile website, and to carry out SEO on their existing website increasing search engine rankings for the keywords their visitors use to find them.

Update Feb 2012 // Unfortunately as you can see we’ve been told that we cannot now tell you who this project is for or the sector they operate in or even show you the screenshots. Trust us on this its nice work! So apology’s if this story now seems a little vague. If you would like to know how we can achieve similar search results for your business then just let us know.

One month in, and we can already report that the SEO campaign has delivered several first page rankings in Google, which have resulted in an approximate 350% increase in traffic from these keywords when compared to the previous three months, a trend we intend to maintain.

Whilst our SEO guys have been hard at work delivering on our SEO promises, the Chemistry web development team are working on designing a new mobile friendly website for the company we cannot name. The use of mobile browsers has almost doubled over the last 12 months. 7.7% of all web searches now originate from a mobile device or tablet, and as this figure looks set to continue to climb, it makes sense to ensure that mobile users are provided with a user friendly experience.

Our designers came up with a clean and crisp layout for the mobile site, ensuring consideration was given to the fact that users would have a limited screen size. We opted for a simple menu system that is designed to allow mobile users to navigate the site very quickly and easily.

Dare-to-bare Yorkshire bus drivers from Stagecoach Sheffield took on board design support from Bradford-based This is Chemistry when they revealed all – well, almost – in a cheeky charity calendar. Preserving their dignity with props including car wash sponges, buckets, even vacuum flasks, over 20 plucky drivers decided stripping off would be just the ticket to raise funds for Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

“It was huge fun to work on the project and a treat to appoint and work alongside, celebrated Yorkshire photographer, Monty Rakusen,” says Martin Fisher, a Partner in the Bradford marketing agency, who directed the photoshoot and design of the 2012 calendar. He added: “To their credit the drivers, two of them women, were determined to emulate the renowned Calendar Girls of Rylstone Women’s Institute and bravely posed in their birthday suits for the pictures.”

The calendar is now selling fast, over 900 copies on the first day alone, throughout South Yorkshire, priced £6 and can be purchased from selected outlets in Sheffield. Bus passengers in South Yorkshire are proving as keen to support a good cause as they are to see the calendar page for December, on which the drivers come close to the ‘full monty.’

Bradford College trained Darren Baker, now one of Britain’s top artists, has agreed to judge a competition between Bradford schools and youth clubs to design a high-impact logo to represent Positive Bradford.

Assisted by Bradford Marketing Agency This is Chemistry, Positive Bradford is a new group formed by dynamic leaders in the arts, business and education who have pledged to help improve Bradford’s image, particularly within the district.
Secondary school students and youth club members across the District are currently taking part in a competition to design a logo for Positive Bradford, organised in association with the district’s ‘Step Up Enterprise’ team. Darren will present prizes to the winners at an event at the Rio Grande restaurant on Friday, March 25, when the new brand will be unveiled.

Cash prizes of £100 for the winning entry plus runners-up prizes of £60 and £40 are on offer; the winner will also receive music store vouchers worth £50.
Darren Baker’s work is now in demand worldwide. He was recently commissioned to paint a portrait of The Queen and, every year, paints the official portrait of the Premier League’s Footballer of the Year. He has also been chosen as official artist for the London 2012 Olympics.

Once Darren has chosen the best logo design it will be turned into a professional brand by This is Chemistry, a Bradford based marketing and design agency on behalf of Positive Bradford. “It’s important that Positive Bradford has a strong brand identity which is instantly recognised,” said Emma Brockbank, head of Client Services at This is Chemistry. “Having Darren Baker judge the competition is giving a great boost to the young people taking part.”

Positive Bradford’ is a new name and a new approach to celebrating what’s great about our city.

‘Positive Bradford’ a new name and a new approach to celebrating what’s great about our city.

GMTV named Bradford the worst city to visit last year. Such negative publicity prompted this is Chemistry and a number of key companies and business leaders across the district, with the backing of the council, to pull together and form a group to help put the positive back in to Bradford.

As well as large players across the region the aptly named Positive Bradford group, is made up of SME’s, schools, cultural/community groups, the arts and tourism. The members of the group are working towards a Positive Bradford Day, held in September 2011. The aim of this event is to raise the profile of the city and celebrate all the positives and remove some of the reported negativity.

A web based 360 degree 'Virtual Tour' can allow your visitors to freely 'walk through' a building look around offices offices or your site anytime and from any location.

A 360 degree Virtual Tour… There’s nothing quite like a tour to showcase your premises or being able to give prospects an opportunity to look around your facilities for themselves. Our virtual tours, can be used to show your website visitors your offices and let visitors freely ‘walk’ around. For tourist attractions, holiday companys and local authorities a ‘panorama tour’ gives the web user 360-degree panning view with no limitations of weather, location or time of day.

Great photography can work brilliantly, but the chance to ‘virtually stand in the middle of a room and look all around, left right, zooming in and out can add a great deal more.

Don’t take our word for it though, virtually visit our offices in Bradford and see for yourself…
