BRADFORD AGENCY CELEBRATES FIRST YEAR SUCCESS
20 September 2007
Bradford marketing and design agency Chemistry Creative achieved a turnover of almost £500,000 during its first year’s trading and its founders are delighted they chose to locate in the city.
“We came to Bradford because of the entrepreneurial spirit here,” says Martin Fisher, who set up the company with business partner Jonathan Southcott after more than a decade working in Leeds.
He added: “We have been warmly welcomed and are seeing strong demand for the strategic insight, skills and experience we provide.”
Chemistry has already added PR and website design to its service offer and recruited from both Leeds and London to handle its international and UK clients.
Among recent wins is Bradford Kickstart, a Bradford Council programme encouraging local people to start a small business.
After working on the programme for six months Chemistry retained the account in competition against Bradford and Leeds agencies.
