We've moved! (but only across the road)

Bradford-based full service agency Chemistry has had to move to bigger premises in the city to provide more room for its growing team.
Partners Martin Fisher and Jonathan Southcott have invested £300,000 back into Bradford in a bold move underscoring Chemistry’s claim to be the District’s fastest-growing Full service agency business.
Their team of nine senior practitioners has relocated from Little Germany’s Design Exchange to a Listed 19th century wool textile building just across the road in Burnett Street.
Luxury apartments have been transformed into a contemporary design studio and offices, leaving the historic façade untouched.
“We now offer a full range of services, having added research, PR and web development to our advertising, creative and marketing consultancy offer,” says Martin. Both he and Jonathan spent many years working in Leeds before recognising the opportunities for business growth in Bradford.

“During a recession” says Martin “corporate clients often have to outsource more work, not less. Our business is only as strong as our people and the quality of their thinking so we invest heavily in our staff and work alongside some of the UK’s top freelance talent”
It’s a strategy that has paid dividends for the duo; whilst established players such as Poulters have gone to the wall Chemistry has been delivering great work at a speed and cost that larger agencies, with bigger overheads, struggle to compete with.
Two major national companies have recently appointed the Chemistry team. Allenbuild, one of the UK’s largest construction groups, has commissioned the agency to promote their advanced technical expertise in creating airtight and fireproof buildings, such as the new £20m National Lending Library extension near Wetherby.
Leading facilities management company Romec, based in Stockport, Cheshire, has retained Chemistry to develop a strategic marketing programme for its full-service, cleaning to electronic security management skills.
“Chemistry is proud to be a Bradford based company,” says Jonathan. We are delighted our business has grown so quickly and is making a significant contribution to Bradford city centre’s regeneration.”
