Brand Development for Patchett Group

Chemistry has been commissioned to develop a new brand identity for Patchett Group,  At the turn of the century, R.J. Patchett Ltd was responsible for the building of many small housing estates in and around the Bradford area. Since then they have become Bradford’s number one choice for property managment and maintenance.

The new identity embraces all of the sub-divisions that make up the group and helps to present a professional, experienced image of the brand to accurately reflect that of the client and their offering.

The competed brand work will be used to underpin development of signage, brochures, direct mail, the new corporate website. James Patchett, managing Director of Patchett Group commented “I am very pleased with the work that Chemistry have done to date. they are always profesional in their manner and I appreciate their can-do will-do-attitude".
