Emma has certainly made her mark since walking through Chemistry’s doors in 2008. As one of our original Agency members and now Head of Client Services, Emma is responsible for the account handling function and ensuring the service to our clients is outstanding.
Emma is passionate about people and delivering excellent customer service. She is a true ambassador of Chemistry and thoroughly enjoys nurturing and developing client relationships within their respective sectors.
After graduating, Emma’s career began Client side with marketing posts at Walker’s Snacks and Yell Ltd. She then felt the gravitational pull of the Agency world, working for the likes of CPM, WWAV, Prego and Q Marketing before gracing Chemistry’s then hitherto men-only ranks.
Outgoing and creative in nature, Emma works very closely with every member of the Chemistry team to guarantee our work is of the highest quality. Emma’s role doesn’t just end with client management, she is responsible for leading her team and talent spotting.
You cannot fail to fall in love with Emma’s infectious personality; with her bubbly character and great sense of humour, it is no surprise clients refer to her as their “satisfaction handler.”
