Louise joined the team in August 2009 as a Senior Account Manager having previously worked for a specialist Direct Marketing Agency, Real Affinity Agency, in Leeds.
As everyone at Chemistry will testify, Louise has strong communication skills and is highly organised – which comes in useful as she also manages the workflow through our very busy studio!
Louise joined the industry in 2000 working as Production Assistant and has since advanced through the roles of Production Manager and Account Manager. This has enabled her to marry the often diverse needs of clients and designers alike. According to Louise “it’s all about the detail”.
With marketing experience across both B2B and B2C including acquisition, retention, and affinity marketing her campaign experience includes: Direct Mail, CRM, Inserts, Digital, SMS, Trade and Press Ads, Exhibitions, Point of Sale, Packaging and Brand Development. She’s worked with numerous clients in industries as varied as Financial Services and Retail, including: Card Protection Plan, Green Flag, Daimler Crysler, Tesco Mobile, Mitsubishi Presses, Kingston Communications, InTechnology, Masta Healthcare and Gamestation.
When not slaving over a hot brief, Louise enjoys exercise and has just completed her first half marathon – which is probably a good thing as her other passion is baking!
