Research
The old adage tells us that if we don't ask, we don't get. Maybe so - but a lot depends on what and how you ask. Take a group of people and ask "want a free cup of coffee?" and the answer will be an almost unanimous "yes". But take the same group of people and ask "would you buy my product six times, cut the coupons, send them to me and get a voucher for a free cup of coffee?" then the answers will be very different - yet will provide a clear insight into the attractiveness of the proposition and the willingness of the customer to respond.
That's why we work with a research partner specialising in low cost, high involvement projects designed to produce actionable results. More than forty years experience in UK and EMEA markets with a huge range of products and services is available through a specialist who shares Chemistry's careful, thoughtful approach to research.
Together, our work is thorough. We use advanced software to produce results which permit complex statistical analyses on the one hand and yet deliver clear, decipherable charts and tables on the other. We don't believe in "death-by-statistics" presentations - reports will be well written and go beneath the superficial, to challenge assumptions and open new perspectives.
